🎭 Is the quality of life better in USA, Western-Europe or in Scandinavia?🤔
Any smart intelligent people here in Off Topic who knows how to answer this question properly?

A good thoughtful assessment would be helpful. :lunar2019deadpanpig:
Thank you in advance.

Isn't scandinavia a part of europe? (sorry i ignored the "western") no there are no intelligent people on OT. With this particular topic you will not find a single answer that meets that criteria.
No problem. I edited the title to make the question a bit clearer.

Parts of Western Europe and Scandinavia are very good, yes. People still complain, but that's cause people be people and like to ♥♥♥♥♥ and moan.

Unless you have a firm grasp on the "maim and drain" method, and the self discipline and will to continually avoid such traps, you should stay away from the US for the foreseeable future.

It's much better in Western Europe than the US.

They don't even have free healthcare in the US.

♥♥♥♥ free healthcare, let nature take its course, the troubling part is the constant rise in prices on energy, fruits and vegetables, computer parts, and dental floss.

You should be more specific in what you mean by "nature".

Someday you will require the progress of medical science to treat your condition.

I wonder if you will call on the universe to cure you.

US was pretty cool before covid. Now everyone here is a low IQ scammer who falls for the dumbest crap and the people not dumb enough to do the same get labeled potential terror threats.

COVID broke society.
From what I have seen Scandinavia by far.

1. Wages are far lower in the UK

2. We have the NHS but if you're a healthy person it isn't that much of a concern if you're putting that extra money into health insurance.

3. You're less likely to be victim of a violent crime in the UK but if you are a victim of violent crime there is little you realistically do to safeguard yourself of your family against it.

4. Freedom wise you're far better off in the US especially in 2025 as so much as a mean or even misconstrued comment that someone takes offence to can get you arrested, prosecuted and convicted in the UK with your life ruined, prison time, job prospects gone etc. I'm not exaggerating either.

If you value financial freedom, general freedom and willing to have a higher chance of being victim of a crime but being able to do something about it the US clearly wins.

When I see US Democrats arguing on these boards about things they don't like, they fail to understand that the world they'd want is already here in Britain and no, it isn't any fun to be part of.
