The worst thing that people can have are options.

The best thing they can have is nothing.

I don't know if i can agree with that one, being alone with no options can cause damage mentally and psychologically.

If this were the United States I'd tell you to call your landlord and let them know you are struggling and ask for options. I would come prepared to let them know how you plan to catch the rent/mortgage up. IE: A future paycheck that just hasn't come yet. A 2nd job. A roommate. Seasonal Work. You had gotten an expense you didn't expect and will be able to catch up now that the expense is paid.

Things of that nature.

And you should 100% work your ass off to catch it up rather than play video games or hang out on the internet or drink/smoke or hang out with friends.

When I used to be a trainer; the true rising superstars were those who grew up poor and were fleeing both poverty and bad homes.

Those were the kinds of people who would do things like sneak back into the facility and throw the ball thousands of times until midnight.

The pampered tend to sit around on their butts.

Although he did bring bring up some very important points. He very much is talking about the comfy types who are lacking in the gumption that it takes.

Oh my god! sad but true I wish I could help those people because I've been there before and It's NOT a great feeling at all.

Let me give a portion of what powered me years ago.

I was away in a small town after my wife was killed, graduating college and losing everything.

My loser friends were going to come with me and it was going to be this! It was going to be that! It was going to be great!

But I was the only one who would work 2,3,4 jobs and vanish from the bars. Sure, I could have picked up on plenty of small town girls and drank plenty of small town beer.

I needed more.

So I saved up and got the heck out of there. I got here, gassed up, got a newspaper and opened up the classifieds looking for a place to live and work.

I called them from a payphone at UNLV and asked how many of a bedroom place I should get and do they have the money to put down?

I got a bunch of "That'll be great!" Even this younger, less worldly version of me realized they were full of ****, and all talk- no action.

That may have been one of the best things that ever happened to me in my life!

Now I was here all alone with money running out and nowhere to go.

Now I could live like a kamikaze and really GO FOR IT!

You are really a great person, I'm so sorry about your wife passing away, I'm not trying to compare but I had a girlfriend who i dated for nine years get killed...

that feeling was horrible so I know a WIFE can't almost be life-damaging. once again you are a fighter, I had to learn how to be a fighter, life made me into a fighter. GOD BLESS BOTH OF US..
