If they steer clear of high power magnets and hooks they'll be fine.
I don't think it increases general attractiveness though.

And no I don't like them, even my sister has one. Its not special or unique, if everyone's doing it. And I see it everywhere.

Ahh, to each their own. I think some piercings look alright, maybe even nice for the individual; I just am not a fan of it when the whole face is metal. I am also not a fan of the whole burning, scarring, and adding implants body modifications.

Its basically someone so dim they've installed a way to incapacitate them with a simple tug.

I'm into piercings and all but the bull nose look, I never liked it on anybody.
