Welp this just skyrocketed to being incredibly likely to be thrown out now. This is an incredible rookie mistake

Now the DOJ has completely reveresed course and pinky promises the entire grand jury saw the indictment, even though they have no evidence to show that occured, and that Halligan and others lied under oath when they said they never saw it

It was complete clownshow from the beginning with no actual legal ground to stand on. Just distraction circus that Trump created.

Maybe Trump should have not fired people naming DEI as a reason, then there might be enough staff going around to not forget the basics of doing business.

Well it doesn't help when the person doing his indictment has never actually handled a criminal case in their life and literally has only been involved in insurance lawsuits before. She was just the only person Trump could find that was willing to attach their names to the charges

Probably only one stupid enough that Trump could find who would take the case with zero legal basis and zero chance of going anywhere.

That's Trump's version of DEI hiring, only that DEI stands for Dumb, Evil and Incompetent.

Also it is very obvious, that Trump prefers members of his legal team to be female, young and blond. So this is another criterion besides loyaalty, that he puts over competence.

Now the DOJ has reversed their claim, and instead they are admitting Halligan and others lied under oath to the judge
