I don't believe in anything. But considering you do. Would you worship a God that would give you such a burden and then blame you for not praying communally? If God hears the prayers at churches, is he not omnipotent enough to hear your prayers at home? If you do truly believe though, and you consider yourself a Catholic, you should probably get baptized. It will suck to have to do, but see it as a sort of pilgrimage. A one time thing you will do to prove your religion.

i deal with sine waves and the other trigonometric functions at school instead. sometimes they even flip the graphs on their side and call them cyclometric functions instead. fun times abound.
