Anna Nicole Smith's final role as a character was in N.Y.U.K. in 2000, and her last movie was in 1996. I'm excluding anything where she plays "herself" since that's just riding on past success, and the posthumous release Illegal Aliens in 2007. Simply put, Pamela had more staying power.

But truth be told, I'd say by the time the 1990s were wrapping up Jennifer Aniston overtook them both.
