The way current law stands, they can take away guns from drug users. Just think of the Hunter Biden issue a year or so ago. So going to the Supreme Court can change this if anything.

wrong. the way the current law stands, they can't. That was the ruling. This is the appeal to an openly corrupt supreme court.

Why do so many people hate Hunter just because he is on the Left? Is he not a human being too? Does he not have a right to be treated fairly? I know people like you don't like him but let's be fair for a second. Thank about it. If you were on the Left, would you not want to be treated equally? Wouldn't you treat those on the Right the same way you would treat people on the Left?

The real issue in this country isn't gun laws, it's the fact that we treat those who disagree with us politically as the enemy. We are not enemies. We just have different thoughts and feelings but we are ALL Americans

States with laws legalizing marijuana for medical or recreational use do not submit to the disarmament of their citizenry by an arbitrary, prejudicial "justice" department. Of course, Texas would be the lead behind getting guns stripped away from people. They are so for states rights that Texas wants to strip every other state of the right to medical marijuana.
