german shepherds are very obediant.. thus even when trained for agression will never attack unless ordered.
dutch shepherds are more rare but same thing..
and it is why dogs like mastivs and pitbulls have been illigal to breed and import (meaning when those still owned by owners die the spieces will die in our nation) and will be put down imediaty showing the SLIGHLEST bit of agression (as little as grasping a loose piece of clothing of a person running past.. is enough of a unpredictable trad for that)
chihuehuas are terror hell and should be exterminated too.. but for different reason
-they are suffering due breeding in an unnatural shape.. litterly their heads are to small for their brains causing constant migraine,, thats no way to live...
they are also raging balls of terror trashing your house but well thats more to the suffering of the owner than others..
and no it does not matter if a putbull has a good owner the breed itself is just defect..
ofcourse even a good healthy bread like german shepherds can meet a bad owner making it neccecairy to take that dog away from that bad owner.. but the breed itself is healthy...
rotweiler would be another "phased out race" alongside pittbulls and mastives
german shepherd are one of the BEST and safest dog spieces
I would suggest for yourself never to own a dog.
Grew up with Alsations and they're great dogs.

They are smart and know people's energies quite well, also if they are raised and guided correctly they are great companions.
Don't ever let a trained animal around kids and we're pretty much good.
The dog had to be taken and put down of course and that man lost his hog dog, and insurance money to pay for the kid's leg surgeries.
Of course the man was sorry his hog dog had attacked a human. Could have been much worse than a limb.
I remember reading a lot of stories from people where they think Pits where loveable dogs and all that. One family in particular had maybe a total of 4+ pits over a lot of years and trained them well with no problem. With the 5-6:th or so one it was all normal until one day where it did attack a child.
I don't think they got another pit after that.
With the amount of stories of families having a pit and it just randomly attack a kid is far too high for it to be trained to attack kids. Do you think normal house hold family trains their dog to attack kids?
I had a well trained GSD for almost a decade, she was the smartest and best behaved dog I have ever owned. She did NOT bark at anything except strangers, which is how I trained her.
The first time my in-laws visited us, she would not let them out of their car, giving off persistent warning barks. I came outside, told her "Friend", and her behavior immediately changed to tail wagging and willingness to meet them.
Training is everything.
