they are known as "pleiadians" and the place they live is called "agartha"

they are tall, beautiful, kind, benevolent, blonde haired, blue eyed and their diets consist exclusively of raw milk.

the men are like 1.9 metre in height and around 100kg in weight, usually very muscular and strong, but not roid freak muscular, more like early 1900s bodybuilder muscular.

the women are a bit smaller, at 1.75 metre and 85kg on average, usually curvy with very strong lower bodies.

they originated in pleiades and first came to earth several millenniums ago and settled at the polar regions where they built their civilisation known as "hyperborea". their civilisation remained unmatched and unthreatened until reptilian-looking aliens from sirius and alpha draconis came to earth and built the civilisation of atlantis, which rivalled hyperborea in technological power.

eventually a war between hyperborea and atlantis began, hyperboreans won and atlantis sunk. the war was so devastating it resulted in an ice age, the temperature at the poles drastically dropped, hyperborea froze off and the nordic aliens migrated to earth's interior, where it was warmer.

from earth's interior, they monitor us, see how we are doing and occasionally prevent us from doing stupid stuff, like that time when president lyndon b johnson wanted to send nukes to vietnam and the ussr, but the nordic aliens deactivated the nuclear warhead before they could be launched.
