Using SAM in Offline Games
In a modded Skyrim save, I mistakely earned a few achievements by not playing their questlines. I have these achievements at same date. And I want to remove these achivements from my account and re-earn them with playing the quests. Will doing this using SAM put my account at risk?

There is no credible evidence of anyone being banned for using Steam Achievement Manager.

No, you won't.

Not on Steam itself, no.
The game developers that do care about cheated achievements are extremely rare.
I say just move along, the existence of SAM makes most of them pointless anyway. Play the mission and pretend you earned it normally.
SAM is for absolute losers :csgo_gg:

I have not used SAM. What's your point?
What's the obsession with achievements anyway?

You wouldn't get it.
Well I've got a ton of achievements on record for playing some of the Zup games.

Basically each Zup entry gives about 100–2900 achievements.

Unsure about obsession, but I like the way it looks when completed 100%

Some of them even offer a challenge I wouldn't think of doing normally, like when Dragon's Lair wanted me to get highest possible score.

It shows if you have really beaten the game, or just rushed the story so you can say you have beaten it.

On most games reaching the end of the story is only a small part of the game.
