Do you not see other cultures lands as being sacred to them? Or is one more sacred than the other?

So Native Australians for example, and the belief in reincarnation.. are they not close to their sacred land?

While being born in a sacred place may be seen as a result of good karma, it does not guarantee a spiritual life. Such proximity simply creates more opportunities for it - for instance, the possibility of finding an authentic mentor.

If you believe in that then you need to stop eating animals. Otherwise you might be eating your late great aunt.

Hmm it's an interesting thought. It can seem a little like assuming you had good karma though by being born there. Almost like a way for the locals to say we are better.

And you never know.. maybe its the more sinful past lifers that are born in sacred places in order to gain these opportunities of gurus to correct past mistakes. To me that would make more sense.
