Anglos are ethnic Europeans, yes; civic nationalism doesn't materially deprive them of their bloodline because it was written on a magical piece of printed paper from the government.

Americans are Americans regardless of where their ancestors were from.

Long ago I used to see them as Europeans the ones who were from Europe originally but let's say I am happier seeing them as just Americans now.

America is full of the ones smart enough to leave a sinking ship. And looking at Europe now, it's the closest it's ever been to capsizing. So, as an American, it'd be insulting to be called European.

1 there is no such thing as an european.
There is such a thing as a brit, scot, irish, swede, dutch, german, etc..

2 I believe every race has their correct place on this planet.. (Aborigiobal rights) and have nothing to do on the land of somebody else.

3 for the same reason mixing should not be done.

4 thus as the mayority of americans are not mayority decend of the american native peoples they don't belong there and should move back to their ancestral lands..

5 however 300 year of inmixing has made that difficult as there are few pure left so which african/european/asian nation each of them should go back to is messy.. As well as which tribe should get which land in america (since so many have no or few members left let alone pure blood ones)

6 but the usa does have a distinct culture or cultyres for in fact it is actually at least 13 and upto 30 nations.. If you see how different the genetic makup and culture is of different areas in the usa..

Africa for the most part don't consider the black people in the Americas as African, so I'd imagine there are a few Europeans that don't consider the people who left to be European.

Usually people categorize themselves - so there´s no need to think about it. Also what Pieshaman said. I´m unsure how many Europeans think about nationality or heritage to begin with. Probably a minority. But i guess next to no one would think about certain different colors of the skin, or religious beliefs, when they think about certain countries or continents. It´s about stereotyping the people, but mainly about the laws and politics in the countries - or maybe the culture, or the history, or whatever sights they have to see...

But it´s of course funny that a country which was founded by illegal immigrants is now against those people. Also the white MAGA people see themselves of European heritage, because the history is longer and has a bit more to offer than one independence war, and one civil war, to advance the society. While the USA is among these countries with the oldest constitution which are still used today. Basically they´re the ancient country, hence no universal healthcare or general workers rights, or "free" education for everybody - but heavy gun use. So if i would need to categorize them i would categorize them as Mesopotamians, or cavemen.

I'm not European, but I have Spanish ancestry. I see Americans as Americans. 🙂
