But I have to give special props to Jimmy Carter for being arguably the last American president with decent morals, who tried to put an end to sociopathic realpolitik and to actually improve lives (both at home and abroad). And for that, he was mocked as a weak leader, a far greater sin than being evil in politics.
Same happened to Truman for refusing to use nukes in Korea.
Also Obama didn't do much of anything, he can't be in the top half of that list.

The last four really are not high tiered presidents, and are not worth ranking. Even the first four were average compared to prior presidents.

Bush Jr loses because he was a drunk nepobaby figure head.
Reagan gains because even demented he was a better leader than W.
