Anyway.
My view is women should be allowed to carry pepper spray / tazers / cs gas.
The question, Do women feel safe?
Some do and some do not.
Same for men.
To use anything effectively people need training, and should practise that regularly.
A lot of people neglect that.
Red paint / any kind of paint is highly dangerous. A person who trained themselves to use it could potentially kill a person with it.
I do not think that would be legal to use considering the potential to blind but I could be very wrong not worked in any security for some time.
If it is a 'safe' spray then probably that is just to mark them for later identification.
If a person just happened to have it on them and used it in the moment then it could be considered proportionate use of force.
My personal belief is people need to train physically the world has always been dangerous regardless of who you are.
they really need to remove stamer.
that said, lets see how the case goes, if the criminals are punished or not.
in any case, thats horrible what those criminals did to the woman, it shouldnt have happened and hopefully the criminals are punished accordingly, just "throw" the "whole book" at them.
have a nice day peeps
Even if they are arrested and imprisoned, they still enjoy three square meals a day and a bed in a HMS prison.
They aren't deported.
thats true, though i dont know how prisons in the UK run.
in a US prison, things are much different, some might not even get 3 meals or a cot to sleep on, due to various reasons, be it other prisoners, or the prison itself.
you would be lucky, to get toilet paper, a blanket, or the proper sized bootleg flipflops, let alone other daily stuff.
foods old, rubbery, or even hard enough to chisel through concrete, in some prisons.
though there are others claimed not nearly as bad.
have a nice day
Here's another case today at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
The suspect didn't seem that bothered to be going to prison.
Deng Majek, who claims to be 19 and denies murder, also danced and laughed after murdering 27-year-old Rhiannon Whyte in a "vicious and frenzied attack", Wolverhampton Crown Court was told.
Opening the case for the prosecution, Michelle Heeley KC told the jury the defendant was "clearly excited about what he had done".
