There's a term for people like that which is the "Level 5 Clinger". I probably wouldn't advise meeting up with the lady unless you think there may be chemistry. Whatever you do, try to avoid giving details of your address, work place and even hide your socials.

She kept calling me every day to meet up (she memorized my number instantly) and rambles about missing you in a sad tone. Gets really mad when I said I am busy or working.

I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up putting a poor woman in that situation and need to tell her that i am more than happy to go for a lunch but we have to stop this.

Difficult to know, because you don't really provide any information at all.

If you don't like her, and you clearly don't, then don't lead her on. Don't expect this to go the way you want. Just tell her and see what happens.

Sounds like BPD. I guess it’s up to you if you try and fix her or move away or whatever.

At least yours is a woman and theres just one of them. About 3 years back I had to block two people who spent a lot of time unemployed and were about 40 messages a day, each.
