traveling to the past is currently believed to be impossible, yes. however OBSERVING the past may in fact be possible because time is very strange the further we go outward in our universe and look inwards.

Start studying physics.

One will find that time travel is a nightmare for many reasons.

Basically, it's not of those things that we are going to get better at and figure out.

It more or less is a waste of time.

There's too much weird ♥♥♥♥ with the Mandela effect where I wouldn't discount it completely. Shared delusions of hyperspecific things feels very strange to just be coincidental, especially when separated by generations

If simulation theory is true, then our understanding of time is flawed because we're forced to interpret it in a way which would be inaccurate to how it probably functions. There's other theories like the Many Worlds theory with parallel universes and whatnot

Go to New York and walk to California.

Go to New York and ride a horse to California.

Go to New York and drive a car to California.

Go to New York and fly to California.

Write down how long it took you using all of the above.
