Who else is excited about Trump's 50 year mortgage plan?
I am honestlu very excited. I work in structured finance, and I think this will open a huge new door for long term revenue!

I mean i bought my home and repaid my mortgage in 4 years. I am sure this will open home "ownership" up to young people, and charge the economy in the short run!

Old Man Trump

Words by Woody Guthrie Adapted by Ryan Harvey, Music by Ryan Harvey
Contact Publisher - Woody Guthrie Publications/BMG Chrysalis
I suppose that Old Man Trump knows just how much racial hate
He stirred up in that bloodpot of human hearts
When he drawed that color line
Here at his Beach Haven family project

Beach Haven ain't my home!
No, I just can't pay this rent!
My money's down the drain,
And my soul is badly bent!
Beach Haven is Trump’s Tower
Where no black folks come to roam,
No, no, Old Man Trump!
Old Beach Haven ain't my home!

I'm calling out my welcome to you and your man both
Welcoming you here to Beach Haven
To love in any way you please and to have some kind of a decent place
To have your kids raised up in.

Beach Haven ain't my home!
No, I just can't pay this rent!
My money's down the drain,
And my soul is badly bent!
Beach Haven is Trump’s Tower
Where no black folks come to roam,
No, no, Old Man Trump!
Old Beach Haven ain't my home!

Given all the crap that is going down over there. That's assuming they can even put that money aside without emptying their whole table in the process.

It's a sad, sad day when we have to rely on Marjorie Taylor Green to be the adult in the room and point out how "let them eat cake" this idea really is.

引用自 MTG
I don’t like 50-year mortgages as the solution to the housing affordability crisis. It will ultimately reward the banks, mortgage lenders and homebuilders while people pay far more in interest over time and die before they ever pay off their home. In debt forever, in debt for life!

Hust because the term is 50 years doesn't mean you have to wait 50 years.

I prepaid a 15 year mortgage in 4 years.
At least this plan will let more folks enjoy homes and keep the real estate markets going for a while.
I just feel like if he truly cares about the people then he wouldn't be letting millions go hungry.

Hits a little different when it's here instead of Palestine, huh?

Okay...

So at a 30 year mortgage, if you had a $400,000 property, it would be approx another $410,000 in interest... doubling your costs.

Yet Trumpism cult member getting a 50 year mortgage on a $400,000 property, would have $1.4 million dollars worth of interest to pay.... LMAO! HAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA! You own them your life to pay off and some more... wtf! You would be retired and still paying for it, if an average US Citizen with an average US wage.

Trumpism cult logic 101! So screwed

At age 16, I had a mortgage and paid it off by renting out the property and part-time working while still living at home and studying. That was nuts, but not even 30 years worth.... f*** that. I could of retired at age 30... not like 70+ as Trump assumes you will. Don't be a sucker all your life.

Lulz - he says he replied his own mortgage within 4 years, which is pretty crazy to do but epic... yet also wants 50 year mortgages for others to pay.... hahaha, wtf! Logic 101

Here's a tip: Place down the biggest deposit possible, then pay off the mortgage asap. You need income to cover not only the interest but also to pay it off. Otherwise you are screwed... never ever get a 50 year mortgage, a 30 year is bad enough and you are already paying double... a 50 year will have you paying 3-4 times the amount! Ideally get it paid off under 15 years or less... if you can afford it, will all your income and then structure a reversed bank account. You can then borrow money but pay it off before interest. It becomes cheaper than a loan, etc. Most people won't have enough money to do that these days, so rent out the property or flat with others. You want to reduce it down to your own rent payments asap. Otherwise it's not worth it.

i own apartment buildings.....if you rent with me for 5 years or more i will give you half your rent back as a no interest loan for buying a home.....i have tried to start this in other states and cant get it done.....

also was trying to do low income rentals that would have 600 dollar apartments for people under 25 and options for people on social security who have no other income and was sued by a bunch of property developers

I read this at age 13 and started at age 16... but hell, not everyone can do that. It was just because I was still living with my parents and renting out the property I could barely afford it and still make pay towards the mortgage rather than just being sucked down by interest. I would never go for a 30-50 year loan, that's leeching bs!

How did you get the bank to let you lease/rent out a property without owning it in full?
Typical mortgages have language against just that.

Or did you have it as a commercial property when you got the mortgage? And if so, how do you do that as a minor?

Depends on your deposit of money vs the income of wage you have. Save up a ton on the side for that deposit, the more deposit, the less interest you have to pay on your mortgage... given the years taken to pay it all off. You want to less years to pay it off too! Otherwise you are paying more interest than it is even worth! Screw that!

As a minor, you have your parents own home to live within... which is a pro... so you can fully rent out a property as a rental. These days you might need to stay at your parents for longer or flat out with others, either way will help support your payments to cut the interest and actually pay off the mortgage itself. Over time that becomes the same as paying for rent, but you own the property at the end. Calculate it or get a good account who can work it out. The worst you can do is just pay only interest and not the actual mortgage, which is like with those 30-50 year loans... you are just being leeched upon then.

Seriously, Trump's 50 year loan is just slave labour you would probably never pay off till even your death, not retirement or even be able to enjoy during ya life, etc. F***en leeches. The only thing that benefits is the loaner or a bunch of billionaires, not yourself... who don't need to do anything, but watch you pay them.
