It is many times we play the game that we have resources to make sure nobody to worry and warpower is a response to this new reality that Russia is shorted on gas and uses warpower to look as if them actually have the resources.

After the collapse of Soviet the Oligarchs are the people who bought up the energy companies and why Zelensky assaults the Oligarchs who then complains to Putin, himself having no power over his own nation's energy security assassinates the oligarchs creating a civil war where on one hand the nation sinking like a rock where rubel dropped 10 times in one day while the oligarchs pile up their pockets, the security of Russia is 3rd priority to their own greed that them rather take power in their own hands and that is where you have Russians in a nutshell that they're just as much arrogant and want things to change that nothing does since the cultural and spiritual guidence isn't there.

The US is not a fascist state, Fascism collapsed at the end of World War 2, and to continue using that term is hyperbolic and archaic.
But what we do have are lots of hybrids. Note that fascist states were democracies at one point before becoming fascists. That time in between is a hybrid, of which is the state US is currently.
Hybrids are not exclusive to democracy/fascist. China is a capitalist/communist hybrid. Then there's all the various flavours of socialism intertwined such as what exists in much of Europe.
