I've read that largest single payouts on Social Security Payment days are to Casinos.

but they do not give you the total, aye? pretty sure the government takes a significant cut. which is probably just part of the scam, i guess. play the lottery, have an infinitesimal chance of winning, and even if you do the government gets a nice fat chunk of it.

For a long time the payout ratio was 6 cents on the dollar.

I haven't looked it up- but it wouldn't be shocking if it's even worse these days.

Casinos are publicly traded. I wonder how many lotteries can be invested in.
