Any great big boss melee adventure games?
I've got Dragon's Dogma, Nioh, and all the Souls games. Looking for something that's really focused on big chunky fun bosses with fewer RPG elements than those games. Preferably with replayable bosses!

Start with 3 then 4 then 5 then 1 then 2, or you can ignore 2 entirely. Or you could go the chronological release way but then you will suffer.

Edit: and ignore the DMC DMC game.

Metalgear rising is also fire, bossfights are kind of dated but still fun af and its really hard.

Big Metal Gear fan, it's been on my list for a while just hasn't been on sale at the right time for me yet.

goichi sudas games are filled with really crazy, over the top boss battles. its the highlight of his games, really.

- no more heroes trilogy
- killer7
- lollipop chainsaw
- killer is dead
- shadows of the damned
- romeo is a dead man (not out yet, upcoming)

the cyberconnect2 game "asuras wrath" probably has some of the largest scale boss battles of all times, also it is utterly unhinged and amazingly fun.

one of my favourite games of all time "nier" (replicant/gestalt) and its remake have many large scale, grandiose boss battles. so does automata, its sequel.

the drakengard trilogy is also filled with big boss fights, and some really awful ones! still being some of my favourite games ever regardless
