3. never use google unless you have to, many other search engines out there
4. if you follow 1 and 2, never watch an ad on youtube again

For PC a trust worthy free one would be Proton VPN, due it being based on Switzerland. If you have some spare cash Mullvad is probably the most private & secure one atm. As per mobiles dunno which are currently the best, but my guess would be the same as the PC ones.
