aye, i would agree as an rpg enjoyer. mega drive had some good rpgs too, but snes overall was better for such things. in recent times i have played more mega drive games though despite being a big snes lover, and it has a great library.
and i feel like overall it has WAY more "hidden gems" types games than snes. snes has a larger amount of masterpieces, but also way more really awful forgettable games.
