I just know those snickers I used to get in the box of haloween candy didn't used to be squares... and I could say they're smaller all day but at the point where they change from a rectangle into a square it's hard to argue they aren't smaller without implying that they're wider... which they are most definitely not wider.

There is an ongoing cocoa shortage because of the issues in cocoa exporting African countries. That means less chocolate globally, and they'll be more expensive.
Meanwhile there's a nearby cocoa farm where I'm at that's soon to export chocolate products. If you buy chocolate from China in the near future, you might be buying from them.

meanwhile the laws of math dictate that making the thing smaller increases it's surface area relative to it's volume so it actually means more chocolate is used.
