Without ring cam footage to prove she opened the door, the only thing she's wrongful for is posting the scene online where she's shown up to deliver food but the door's open and the customer's privates are exposed.

The only video we have is of her being at an open door and there's a man laid on his back, arm covering his eyes because he's supposedly sleeping, and his pants pulled down to his knees.

He texted her to say leave the delivery at the door but... okay? So he ordered a DoorDash but then decided to pull his pants down to his knees and fall asleep? Odd thing to do when you know food is arriving shortly. Who here just pulls their pants down to their knees and falls asleep on the couch when they know their DoorDash food is arriving shortly? Or did he pull his pants down, masturbate, despite knowing there's a DoorDash on the way, then leave his pants down to his knees and fall asleep?

I know how stupid and degenerate some men are and it wouldn't surprise me if this is a horny af dude who's pulling some stupid shi but she's seen as the bad guy because she posted it online.

Unless there's proof she opened the door, it's reasonable to believe he's a degenerate.

Yeah, she shouldn't have posted the scene online, since she'd be uploading a man with his privacy exposed where might have suffered from a stroke during masturbation and need medical assistance.

It would be better if he acknowledges he fd up and it led to this young woman being put in this situation and unfortunately she's too immature to handle it in a smart way so she doesn't get in trouble.

yeah, a criminal record seems a bit extreme. this whole situation sounds like a really awkward but otherwise harmless misunderstanding that was massively blown up by getting the interwebz involved. which is almost always a bad thing in todays age because it riles up the mob mentality.

I hope she can explain to a judge and get the record removed.

others should not be recording that and posting videos.

first, no one knows how the door was open or who did it.
if she was a decent human being who honestly thought something was wrong, she would've called the police telling them there's a guy sleeping naked in his home with the door open, not posting videos of the guy sleeping naked

He was on his living room sofa with the door cracked open. There's no proof of how much she opened the door before taking the video. It's one big ridiculous case. She should have just called the cops if she felt SA'd instead of uploading the video to Tiktok.
