We should do it anyway so 90% of animation studios that produces terrible animation goes bankrupt, most animators who work like slaves will finally be forced to get a different job too

What I absolutely hate about these "LOOK HOW AI CAN MAKE MOVIES" vids is that it's nothing more than a set of animated portraits.

Even the AI generated coca cola commercial is more impressive.

A much more amusing version of when one of the image models (I forget which) started to self-plagiarise, which resulted in everything progressively getting yellower and more pee-hued, as it understandably thought "warm" colours were more appealing, and so went all-in? Sign me up

It's all mostly very uninteresting to me; the most fascinating one I've seen was a Sora 2 adaptation of the "I Will Survive" Zootopia fan-comic.

i have yet to see any evidence of AI art being anything but soulless.

Animation has a sameness about them that lacks creativity. Realistic videos fail physics badly. Music is soulless. Art is often gaudy and saturated.
I think as generations advance, the point of reference will vanish and people will not notice these differences.
But I agree, corporate involvement tends to suffer from the same flaws. Music especially has been severely homogenized as industry churns them out through talent competitions. Like not every voice has to oscillate over a set bandwidth. Instead of adding emotion it comes across as a checklist prerequisite.
