I mean it´s not that Israel counts as major force in football. They qualified one time in the history of the world championship.

It´s more about an exclusion of Israels by the UEFA, which would mean that Israel and all their clubs couldn´t participate in Europe any more. While now their teams wouldn´t play in Israel anyways for their European home games, but in Serbia.

Iraq could qualify as well...

The FIFA wouldn´t exclude them, and Trump / the USA might play a role.

Also i´m unsure which organization counts as more corrupt than the FIFA.

I don't think they have been removed from uefa competitions
they shouldn't be playing in europe anyway

They discuss or discussed to remove them - same as they were excluded from other sports competitions, like gymnastics.

And if they couldn´t play in Europe they couldn´t play anywhere, because certain Asian countries wouldn´t recognize their existence as a country. Which is why they play in Europe.

I don't know about that, israel still doesn't recognize neighbors as a country so that might be the reason why israel doesn't want to play in the middle east.
