Average age of 4chan users?
Well lot of the time I feel they are some teenagers or young adults. Not sure why. Does anyone know the average age of user demographic?

The consensus is 18 - 34 years of age, how many are likely between these ages are subjective to contrast.

I think most ppl assume 4chan skews young.

I dont. At this point, the average age is probably 40 something.

I'm guessing people assume 4chan skews young because the site was known for immature behaviour. But that's just it, "was known for". That image is out of date. All those 10 year old anons grew up (not emotionally, but more in a literal sense).

I don't think 4chan gets a constant influx of new users either, it's stuck with it's primarily 30-40 year old audience. Like if you're a kid and you want a website that enables you being a horrible person, you can just go to twitter now (or tiktok). You don't need 4chan for that anymore. Same deal with that kiwi website that people used to collect information on and harass people. You don't need it anymore when you can just use twitter.
