And look up the Game Holdfast Nations at War.
I know these don't really hit that Fantasy aspect but they cover the period you might enjoy them regardless.
There was a Steampunk game called Space 1889 - might be good for bit of extra inspiration.
They made a pc game which was horrible to play with its interface and a real in person RPG type of game, I used it as bit of inspiration on some of my things.
Being a short man riding a tall horse without anyone questioning how I managed to get on the horse in the first place. Just appreciate who I am, my personal accomplishments, how distinguished I look on a horse (side view), and all that I have done for my country. Forget everything else, it's irrelevant.

I have read all the Sharpe books and love them dearly, even the starbuck books to a lesser degree. but video game wise I prefer doing commander battles in napoleonic wars or playing War of rights for the line experience.
The pictures from that look like it might be a bit too gonzo for me but I collect RPG books and I would love to pad my book case.
Holdfast is actually a fantastic game if you can get good teammates that don't mic spam.
