I went solo scuba diving the other night. The water was cold probably around 40°F and i saw a 3.5 foot long catfish laying on the bottom of a loval quarry. I decided to sneak up on it slowly and when i got close i turned off my flashlight to not spook it. Slowly i crept on the quarry floor and when i got into striking range I sunk my teeth into its back. The fish immediately thrashed and put up a huge fight. I held on for dear life and my front incisors fell out. At this point all i had was my molars to hold on tightly. I just kept them locked onto this massive fish. Eventually after 30 minutes of a fight the catfish relented. I dragged him out of the water with blood running from my mouth. On the shore stood a crowd who gathered and cheered for me. We all had channel catfish that night for dinner.
