Never been arrested... i did come close once though when i was younger but i was just given a warning. The police officer was actually really nice (also kinda good looking to me) which did have something to do with it lol But if he was the other type and was being a a-hole i probably would have been :3

never been arrested. have been put in handcuffs at a protest before, but was released. kept my mouth shut during not out of respect, but fear. because the police had already been harming protesters and i did not wish to be hurt.

I don't break laws.

I have been arrested a few times.. none were very fysical.. some did apply a little force.

when I was arrested when just shoping in an area that riots of football holigans had started trashing shops and such a mob of a few thousand running into a shopping street just stating smashing and stealing... than the police just closed off the street on both ends.. and arrested everybody...

the staff did close the door.. and offered the customers to come to the back.. while putting their strong employees and security near the door.. and the weaker and younger staff with the customers in the back...

I opted to stand in front while customer.. I told the staff I got your back... and they allowed me.. the offer to go to the back was open but clearly just 8 guys vs such a crowd... every extra body to help was welcome...

when the windows started breaking and people tried coming in... I helpted push them out... block their way.. meanwhile ME was buisy already grabbing people and shipping them off...

when suddenly some big hands grabbed me worked me to the ground and cuffed me.. no talk just grab and take...

it happend in a moment basicly they grabbed the people near the door taking items and trying to get in... and well me in civillian clothing no shop uniform.. was also rounded up..

I did spend about 8 hours in custody... when it was my turn to get heared.. and I told my story.. they just gave one phone to the store.. and said ok.. sir you can go..

no pardon.. no nothing.. I did ofcourse ask.. why the grabbing? and so long waiting I was logically a bit anoyed...

they did say.. sir while we apreciate you tried to hold them off in such a chaos we really have no time to talk and find out who is part of the riot and who victem or bystander.. we just grab everybody and sort it out later..

I did remark I was not wearing any football clothing.. and I was fighting them off not getting in..
police : we are full of adrealine we only see people fighting and grab everybody.. we really act fast..
me : and how about me in my nice jacked I mean who goes watch football in a luxery suit and an expensive long gentlemans jacket?
them.. there are people without decoration and if the worst of them knew civillian clothing would get them off the hook.. they would go to matches in civillian clothing.. again there is no time to look at the difference on the spot..

them normally this would be seen as linked to the damage of the riot and go in a collective claim and than the monthslong lawsuit between the city and the footballclub who pays which part starts... you be waiting forever...
when I flag it as damage caused by police duty.. our own department pays it.. directly.. no time lost

I remember them cursing and saying they should take the optional fitness and excersize class more serious..... I was grinning.... i managed to cross a streeet just before the ligghts went green.. cars went driving.. I shoke them off.. while the cars also blocked their sight or so I thought...

I stopped running gave myself a breather.. still walking but now no longer running.. after taking a few sidestreets knowing it was a maze in that area they will not trace me....

planning to just walk to the busstop.. and than go to my dorm for rest of weekend.. have talk with parents later... laugh about whole ordeal..

than I heared a police sirene.. they called actual reinforcement for this.... well not this time had they kept silent they might have jumped me.. but they did not so I saw them coming from a long distance... and I ran again this time going into alleyway.. they tried blocking the path with the van and on foot.. but I zig-zagged and with a final risky action of running out past the van upto a small pedestrial stairway... I knew they had to drive 8 minutes... to get around and on foot they were to slow... bye bye....

smiling ear to ear I thought I got them.. now staying in allayways.. and for half an hour I was already near the busstop no more chase no more vans... I hadf eluded them they given up....
but no I did not.... all they had done was call in like 6 more vans.. which took time... than they went driving around.. to spot me.. and eventually one did.... I though here we go again.. and I escaped one van.. two.. but than I was closed off by vans on both sides... no more escape...

the van opened.. and I saw the face of a guy I knew from boyscouts years earlier.. Hi (my name) NIIIICE

the cell was horrible like 60x60cm closet... one wooden plank that was basicly as wide as you were and your knees hitting the door.. and if standing your head would hit the light...
a fat man would not have fitted in..

but much worse there was blood and feces all over the walls...

so I pressed the button.. once.. I waited.. nobody came.. I not want to bother.. so i waited nearfly 30 minute.. pressed again once.. waited 15 min.. nothing than kept pressed.... for like 5 minutes before dude apeared WHAT... why aren't you sleeping.. and what do you want?

me : I need to go to the toilet.... and well look at these walls would you sleep..?

and well while away from a case heading back with paperwork.. they are technically free to be called to a case.. and well some can wait 5 min a shooting does not..

but well I can laugh about it.. I mean this is likely as close to a real prison experience you can get without ever be in one... (even worse prisoncells are not dirty... much larger have a toilet and a shower in them personal items etc..)

and I do atmit is was great to get in my biblereading hours.,. I can recommend everybody to be locked up in a cell like it once a while without distactions just a bible.. just a cleaner one.. and perhaps not for an entire night just a few hours;)

now most dealings with officers went quite amicable.. (ok the ME forces... did tackle me...

but in one case they scared me a bit more..

'r was the last afternoon before all the shops close for almost a week..
it was the 23h and they would not open until the 28th aka after christmas.. national holidays sundays store closed and all that,

this ment it was the last day for anything you needed for christmas
and I failed to find it in my own town so when i arrived in the city it was already 14hr.. with only 3 hours to go until shop closing..

when I saw the WHOLE shopping street entry blocked... by yellow police line..
I saw people on the other side stll in the shopping street I was just blocked from going there..

I took conclusions.. we had a few of those some prankster call he hit a bomb.. disrupts the whole place and nothing is found... we had one every few weeks back than..

so I was like pfff all this nonsence again.. ignore.. and I lifted up the lint..
some officer spotted me and shouted back behind the tape sir.. for your safety

me : quit the nonsence.. there never IS a bomb.. and it's to late to make it to another city..

well than they did some ninjamove on me very quickly 1 dude much smaller than me.. not on the ground just arm on back and chokehold...

he was ready to take me with him.. when my dad waved.. he happened to be shopping with me but did keep behind the line... I was just bolder.. than him.. and he did not join but neither stop me... he just said I wait here. seing this elderly well dressed man.. the copper seemed to take another look at me.. noticed I was dressed well to.. and not some of those troubleseekers.. and yelled warning this time go to your dad..

some pipe of cityheating (boiling hot water.. waste heat of factories than transported to heat houses) while ofcourse dropping in would boil the meat of your bones... very dangerous..

it was not like a fountain of hot water...some store cellars were partly flooded... but pressure did not push it to ground level let alone 1st floor
we could easelyt just have kept shopping while closing off only the cellars..

but well sometimes when you call in an emergency people overreact.. many stores did sue the city for it as they lost quite a bit of revenue.. those 3 hours just before christmas are quite valueble..
