Would require a Constitutional Amendment. Three and a half years is probably not enough time to get that done. However, he could try to get it done by 2032, except by then he'll probably be too old.

Look, you can maybe argue a case that somebody else can run on his behalf as a loophole, but the 22nd amendment is clear that he's ineligible to run for a third time. He would likely be refused from being placed on the ballot.

Democrats will never amend the term limits as long as Trump shall live, and I don't think republicans will get control of 75% of the state legislatures...
