Yes. There is always a possibility they'll spend it on drugs but regardless people need money to eat. If they don't have insurance no kind of hospital will help them (for long). Like there is no other form of help for these people so they'll either OD or pull through eventually. Or if i have food i'll just share it and most of the time they are very thankful.

I explained homeless economics and mentioned cornerbots again, so the cornerbot running the forum just deleted it.

I guess none of you has the personal willpower to talk back to me like an adult, so you have to delete stuff.
Either way, I more or less replied to you that we're in agreement, especially on your last sentence about how not all homeless should be judged on those merits.

WTH, it seemed like we were having a civil discussion there.

I give money to street musicians, but I doubt they're homeless (don't see homeless people around, even though I've read there are some, mainly by choice).

Same here. I generally bring them a Gatorade, some food like a deli sandwich, and a sweet like a candy bar.

Point me in the direction of this "colonbus". I've digested a lot of martial arts media, plus I have a few Coors Banquets in me. Pretty sure I can reason with this moderator.

Joking aside, yeah, I'll slip a tenner or something to the homeless.
