I want to upload a drawing or gif file to the showcase of the workshop. Is it possible?

BEFORE giving advice, look carefully at the screenshot, I mean the section where you can upload ONLY ONE work from the showcase.
When I try to upload, it looks cropped, maybe a different size of the art is needed?
I think I saw on someone's profile that he could do this, please show examples if you find any

You need to change the dimension of it. I can't remember what it needs to be so try out a few

It has to be a certain size. Like Steam profiles picture's exact size is 184x184. You can look up Steam workshop showcase image sizes and find out what it is

If you mean WORKSHOP then the preview is correct. It's just a small image however you would need to divide it into five slices for the different "My Workshop" showcase. If you really want a single GIF then it's "Artwork Showcase" instead of Workshop.

Check my profile and the top Chun-Li is Artwork Showcase whereas Workshop is the five sliced images (to tile as one image).

You don't get it. Look at my profile, I know what my studio showcase and illustration showcase are. I want to know if it is possible to upload a photo to a shop window where it is not divisible by 5

Just deleted my first post after checking it. Many said 256x256 but others mentioned 100x100.

This shouldn't be related to specific game.

No offense, but you didn't explain the main thing in your guide above. How to upload a job to the workshop, and how to do it so that it doesn't affect the game
