2: I agree with you, ideally, stricter laws. But, I dont think good people deserve to die just because of a few bad apples.
3:not true. usa is not maintaining its population with its current birth rates but true a lot of degenerates are having kids while clean uprights arent. But I think this is largely irrelevant if we decide to feed good people and punish the bad ones.
4: i dont know. we make money for it, we push around some funds. we spend way too much money on stupid things, and a lot of it is counter intuitive when it comes to homeless people
