I can't believe the state of America right now.
Isn't it weirdly ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up that Donald Trump isn't looked to for rationality and responsible rhetoric in the wake of charlie kirk because nobody expects that? Imagine if he put the same effort of getting the country to chill the F out about this as he did over the Epstien ♥♥♥♥ which he managed to dampen in about half a week? His fans shut up about it because just because he told them to like he has these weird main character powers.

He gave a 43 minute speech at Kirk's memorial. I have not listened to it all but what I did hear him say sounds alright to me. Okay, so maybe saying he hates his enemies is being honest to a fault, but first of all, who doesn't, and second of all he did give Erika a chance to try and persuade him otherwise.
