I have meta quest 2 and 3, I didn't use it for a month and as I try to play my favorite games, most of the games, on both quest 2 and quest 3 are loading in infinity and do not allow me to access meta quest UI to even turn off the game. I have to manually turn off and turn on both quests in order to try and make the game work again
