Big problems are manifesting themselves in the EU currently;

European elite that are disconnected from the people.

Eastern Europe is saying NO to Islamic immigration,Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and the Balkans have rejected the Western European model of imposed multiculturalism.

Under the effects of effects of the Green Deal, carbon taxes, de-industrialisation, overpowering regulation, more than 200,000 pages of European law, the EU's economy is teetering near collapse.

The European right refuses to ally with the European center-right which leaves the European left and the Greens in-charge. Which seems to nullify democracy by leaving the Left in-charge even when they are loosing elections.

Is the European Union going to crack?

I think the Russian Invasion of Ukraine has only strengthened the member states want of belonging to the EU.

I'm not even sure what most of the things you're talking about is.

European elites, who are they? EU cracking, what do you mean cracking? Green Deal, what's that? Carbon taxes, what about them? De-industrialisation, what do you mean by that? Overpowering regulation, what do you mean by that? EU's economy teetering near collapse, what do you mean by that, and what do you mean by collapse and near? What do you mean by imposed multiculturalism? What do you mean by EU ally with center-right, what do you mean with ally and center-right? What does the number of pages on something matter, and what would be a good number that wouldn't matter? What do you mean by nullifying democracy?

So, erm, yeah, the rest I think I understood. Maybe. :I

Brexit has shown even the most staunch eurosceptic that the EU is necessary, even if a overhaul of it is overdue. The rest of it is just a matter of policy.

Europe and the EU? China for sure.
Just the EU? I think that Russia, at the very least, wouldn't object to it.

It's those below the surface I'm far more worried about, in that regard.

They are? Who said that? And who are the people, specifically, that they say are elite-not-elite? :O

What does elite even mean in this context, is it being rich, in power of government?

Is this even a serious reply or a joke that wooshed over my head?! :P
