Try meditation and yoga. Try to sleep for atleast 8 hours, keep yourself properly hydrated, eat fruits and vegetables. Try to exercise atleast 3-4times a week. You can do it!

And it's better to be quiet sometimes, to listen more and talk less.

The only way to get better at speaking is to practice, so being too quiet is also not ideal. Speak your mind when needed and review what you could've said better afterwards.

I used to talk a lot about nonsense, that why I should learn to be quiet.
