What happened to hack and slash games? I dont mean the diablo , path of exile etc games but games like the old god of war games

They.... Exist?

If you want non indie ones you have the upcoming Ninja Gaiden 4, the amazing Hi-Fi Rush from 2023, and probably some more I missed out on, there's not as many as I'd like but they definitely still exist.

If you want non indie ones you have the upcoming Ninja Gaiden 4, the amazing Hi-Fi Rush from 2023, and probably some more I missed out on, there's not as many as I'd like but they definitely still exist.

They exist but in a different way. The Camera is more like a 3rd person adventure game

That's a direction I'm not a fan of either, I don't like new GOW at all, but still, Ninja Gaiden and Hi-Fi Rush are more traditional.

I'm unsure about the upcoming Onimusha though, never was into the series.
