you should every single time if you value your health. your waste can give you a lot of warning signs about a great many things, and do not think this is only for older folk. i am in my 20s and still do this, because things like cancer do not care how old you are.

As much as the average person, I suppose.

-You don't need to look in the bowl at all. The questions you should be asking yourself is how often you have to dump, and how it feels coming out. A healthy carnivore will poop far less often, and it's effortless to do. An unhealthy vegan however will poop far more often, and it's usually awful.
