I would say that you value their maturity but that could mean a lot of things. Older generations were raised entirely different (for example with internet vs without). Perhaps they are more relaxing to be around due to their calmer, less energetic state. Perhaps you value their intelligence, or perhaps you simply are bothered less about correcting them. there are as many variables as things a person finds attractive.
