Kilmar Abrego won in court and can now depose the US government
https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/opinion-kilmar-abrego-court-victory-130000158.html

This means that many of the highest ranked officials in the US government will now be required to testify under oath regarding the circumstances involving the retaliation against him

This includes Pam Bondi as well as communications between Trump and the various agencies. All of this by law is PUBLIC.

This is also likely to severely undercut their attempts to retaliate against Comey and others as they have examples of vindictive prosecution already confirmed, and evidence that will be revealed as part of this can be used for their cases

The likelihood is that the Trump administration will either deport him before he has a chance, or just appeal up to the Roberts SCOTUS to get the ruling they want.

Doesn't matter that the dude isn't and wasn't MS-13; doesn't matter that his arrest and treatment was simply the foreword to ICE's present ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Actually letting him depose the US government would embarrass Orange Foolius, and that will not be tolerated.
This is what happens when you go after your political opponents with Trumped up charges that are complete nonsense.

A foreign gang member who's in the United States illegally is going to overthrow the US government?

LOL!

Ok, keep believing that.

Please.

"Depose" as in "extract depositions from," not "overthrow."

Context clues are generally helpful in understanding how a word is being employed, but given you've swallowed the administration's BS about Abrego-Garcia without bothering to chew first, asking for an understanding of context is clearly wishing for the moon.

"A day late and a dollar short" is an understatement here...
Send him to lower Afgahfstanbobia.
But I was told by multiple people here he was for sure transporting illegals into the US?

Man, I wonder if those will admit they were wrong?

Trump should be defended against the radical left's impotent rage.

You shouldn't defend Kilmar Abrego. He's a bad dude in the United States illegally.

That's why he's been charged with crimes right?

Oh wait...

But I thought Trump was sooooo tough. Tough like nobody can believe; like no one's ever been tough before.

Surely, if his claims of being tough are true, and not just the bluster of a bully terrified of being seen as what he is, he shouldn't need defense from criticism.
