Admittedly, there used to be major elements within the left (anywhere from liberal to communist) that were insanely gung-ho about social justice issues. It's less present now, since everyone seems to have realized how annoying and politically ineffective woke-scolding is.

But you're absolutely right to notice how so-called conservatives have gone in the opposite extreme, which turned out to be worse in many ways. Triggered by ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ everything : women and minorities in media, any mockery of Trump, blasphemy or perceived attacks on Christianity, literally just science...

You don't even have to do anything. They'll get triggered by your very existence and call it a "fatigue", it's a little trick they've discovered recently.

Being triggered is a bipartisan status. The only thing that changes from party to party is what rustles the jimmies.

Anyway. I hope against hope that the pendulum will swing towards a sane golden mean and that moderate conservatives will seize back the initiative from these drooling apes.

I haven't seen that, but basically in the context it just means you're tired of seeing whatever group you're talking about. Black fatigue, gay fatigue, Jew fatigue, you get the picture lol.

Yeah but everyone has a limit, phobia, or list of things that they find offensive. The issue with Conservatives is that they disingenuously claim that they aren't in order to treat minorities like garbage while demanding everyone to be perpetually offended by subject matter that doesn't promote white supremacist/Christian beliefs.

They don't ask honestly and constructively like others like Anita Sarkessian do, they slander you and demand the government to ban it. Most progressives would just block and call it a day, but conservatives would run opps behind social media sites or imageboards for years.
