Hey, just thought I’d make a small space here where anyone can share what’s on their mind — gaming stuff, life, stress, whatever.
Sometimes it just helps to write it out or see that others feel the same.
No judgment, no negativity — just people talking like humans for a bit.

I finally got some more blood tests done. Phosphorous is the bare minimum lmao, and my a1c sugars are in the prediabetic range now(I was drinking 2 liters of cola everyday for 6 years trying to get my phosphorous up, what shocks me is it took this long.). Bye bye pop.

Hope I dont blow my liver up by drinking milk lmao, pretty sure drinking it is making my liver enzymes go up. Salt is normal and potassium is a little high, I cant take sodium or potassium + phosphate supplements.

People think im crazy, but when I was living in southern ohio and walked my dog I would pick hundreds of ticks off me through out the week, it was bad. I was tested for lyme disease but it was negative. The doctor had a good laugh about it too. This was right after getting poisoned at work and I was stupid enough to think it wasnt the cardiac sensitizing chemical i worked with.

Anyway pretty sure I did end up with alpha-gal syndrome, if I eat to much red meat I get these weird rashes on my legs and stomach. So I worry drinking milk is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my liver. Seems like everytime I drink huge quantitys of it my liver enzymes go up.

I dont know what to do really, the doctor I seen ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and didnt test my vitamin d (of which I took something like 500,000 units over a 1 year period) or parathyroid hormone, so the low phosphorous and the calcium which has been the same for 6 years doesnt really make sense without the other numbers.

I feel like someone should just take me out to pasture and get rid of me, lmao im nothing but a burden to society at this point.

Why complain about the price of food if you don't want any solutions to the problem, dangit; yeah pot roast is expensive if you insist on only buying the meat if it's pre-cut and says "pot roast" on it.
