They're smarter mentally, not intellectual, that why they can be kinder generally.

That's more of a cultural thing. If you live in a sick (or sicker) society.. the more you will tend to lash out in hostility and violence.

It's nothing innate to human beings living like human beings in an environment fit for human beings.

They're also deadly strict when come to training like kick boxing and army.
