Our universe rotates
https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/physics-and-astronomy/kolmogorov-theory

Kolmogorov's law of turbulence was proven experimentally 85 years later.

Kolmogorov's theory (the so-called K41 scaling) describes how energy in a turbulent flow is transferred from larger vortices to smaller ones until it dissipates.

The rotational energy of galaxies is transferred to the rotation of stars and planets around them. The rotation of planets imparts momentum to the atoms and electrons around them. Quarks have their own momentum and spin, and so on, deep into the atom.

If we look at the scaling vector above the galaxies, we must recognize that the universe also rotates, imparting momentum to everything else in the universe.

Rotation of the universe was logically concluded millennia ago. Stuff called sacred geometry. If everything observable moves in the same fashion, held together by the same energetic patterns and motions - its only logical to assume that structures that are too big to be observed must also be following the same energetic patterns and motions. As above, so below.
