he buys other rubber suits he can fit into. one of them is a dog suit (doug dog) with an integrated shock collar; he superimposes himself over his own footage of interviewing himself, to have him shock himself in front of himself so another of him can cover the incident for views.
supposedly he's doing this to gain attention for a political purpose but I think he's just bored.
