its world mental health day
everyone have a shower and eat some good food

Sometimes, in the warmer months, I like to just sit outside to warm my face and listen to the everyday sounds of the wind and bugs and such but I'm lucky to live someplace for that. I don't think I could do that closer to the city.

My trans kid got a injection at the mental hospital while involuntarily committed that takes 2 months to wear off. They couldn't fix her and made me pick her up. :steamsad:
