What we have here is a Chris Rock situation. Ms. Cortez is Chris Rock, and Mr. Miller is Will Smith. Though, that is highly likely an insult to Mr. Smith.

Comedians' right to free speech, to mock and potentially even bully, is protected. Slap Chris Rock, or Ms. Cortez, and you could find yourself kicked out for a decade.
