She's narcissistic and he's letting himself be used. He needs to grow a spine, tell her to help pay for this crap, or cut her loose. She'll probably dump him anyway once he's unable to keep paying for her. But the sooner the better. If a spouse isn't pulling their weight in a relationship, cut em loose.
